New's Year's Eve Party Outfit

  For the last day of 2011 I wore this Karashian Kollection  corset-inspired maxi dress. I really like the print, which they call "Vintage Tiger". I need to get it hemmed a little, because it is a bit long, but wearing heels helped. Although we spent the morning in Red Lodge, we drove to Billings for a party that night. Billings is the largest city in Montana, and it is great for my boyfriend and I to see friends we used to go to college with at Montana State University. I hope you enjoy these pictures. Winter Wear

Cam and I are still in Red Lodge visiting his family, and today we went to the river. We saw some turkeys and there was even a white one which I thought was cool, but I guess it means they are being domesticated. When we went to his dad's later we saw deer again, because the town is full of wild animals running around. When I used to live here, sometimes I saw moose and at one point I even saw black bear! What is the animal you were the most excited to see or would still love to see? Do you live in an area with local wildlife or do you live in the city?

Christmas

  I wore this purple velvet dress for Christmas! Cam and I are in Red Lodge, Montana still and there is many wild animals that run around the town. You can see turkey and deer in the pictures.

Christmas Eve

  My boyfriend Cameron and I drove eight hours to visit his family in Red Lodge, Montana. It is a little, quaint town that we lived in for a year and half. Red Lodge can get to -11 degrees Fahrenheit (which is about -23 degrees Celsius I believe), but thankfully the weather has been mild here in the Northwest and the cold is not unbearable like most winters. There is a lot of snow here though!  We met up with a few friends yesterday and it was great to catch up and just relax. Today we are going to go to lunch with Cam's dad, then open presents with Cam's family, before we head to church. These pictures are actually taken at the church where Cam's grandparents work. (My face is a little swollen still from the teeth extractions, but looking better everyday!) What will you be doing for Christmas? Holiday Look #5: Dressy Party

 I recently got my wisdom teeth out, so my face is a bit puffy and swollen, but I still wanted to show you a cute outfit to wear out to a party, an event, or a special dinner this season. I think sequins and glitter are perfect for the holiday season. I love how this sequin bow clutch, glittery gold platforms, and teal and gold strapless dress looks girlie, but the motorcycle jacket adds an edgy, interesting vibe. Hope you enjoy the look! What other textures or colors do you love around the holiday season? I made my eye makeup intense again, with gold eyeliner, blue eyeliner and a heavy black cat eye. Part of the reason I did this was to distract from my swollen cheeks. What do you do when you feel ill or tired and still need to go to an event? Holiday Look #4: Downtown Christmas Lights

 My boyfriend and I went downtown to view all the Christmas lights in Coeur'd'Alene. In 2008 it was voted one of the best Christmas lights show in the Northwest. I wore this outfit out on the boardwalk and then to dinner at Texas Roadhouse. I did have a jacket in case I got cold, but I wanted to show how cute my outfit was. Hope you enjoy the look!
I wanted to do an intense eye look with plenty of shimmer and eyeliner for the holidays. I did a unique winged cat eye with two tails instead of one. In the center of the wings I filled in with gold eyeliner instead of black to make my eyes look more awake, since heavy eyeliner can make your eyes look smaller. Do you like my holiday eye makeup?
