The Seventies was a time of many changes, including many changes in fashion. Mini skirts and wide legged pants became popular, compared to the longer style skirts from the 50's and 60's. I chose white pants for this look because they remind me of the pant suit and disco outfits that became fashionable. The top I wore is 100% polyester, so it a softer, suede-like material than people normally wear today, but I could see it as popular back then. And if you love really soft material you will like something like it too! For my hair I tried to recreate the feathered look that you can see on famous ladies such as Farrah Fawcett.
What decade is your favorite to recreate fashion-wise?
Platforms were popular in the 70's so I chose this pair of comfy, periwinkle t-strap espadrille wedges.

Great look! Love the shoes...size 10 right? Ha Ha couldn"t even put my big toe into that pair! Always thought those type of shoes are fun!
