Skulls and Roses

  Happy Halloween everyone!! Yesterday my boyfriend and I got up early to go out to breakfast. It was a beautiful, chilly morning. Since I have been in the mood to wear Halloween themed clothing the past few days, I wore a "Gothic" edgy look. I have always found skulls fascinating and even though they are creepy, I also think they can look really cool and beautiful. I think the roses on this sweater make the skull a little less frightening and more stylish. What is one thing you unexpectedly liked in fashion?

Ghostbusters and Stripes!

   It was stormy all yesterday so I took my pictures inside. I wore a very casual look with no makeup on. Since Halloween is tomorrow I thought it would be cool to wear this Ghostbusters glow in the dark  oversized t-shirt! I thought the pants also added a Halloween feel to this look because they reminded me of Beetlejuice's suit. Happy Halloween everyone!

Halloween Celebration

  Last night my friends and I went out to a bar for a Halloween party night. My sister dressed as a dead Homecoming Queen and I dressed as a skeleton. Living Doll Halloween Makeup

  I decided to have some fun and create a Halloween inspired makeup look. I thought a "Baby Doll" would be really cute and easy to do. I got the idea when watching Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model because one of the photoshoots had the contestants dress as Victorian dolls. I always think the girls get to do amazing photoshoots on all the Top Model spinoffs! What are you going to do on All Hallow's Eve btw?

Kim Kardashian's All Black Look

  Hey guys! Today is actually Kim Kardashian's birthday so I decided to recreate another outfit of hers. Often I find things already in my closet that look vaguely like hers, which is really exciting because I love her style! I hope she is having a terrific 32nd birthday!

  One thing I have in common with Kim is the fact that we have both lost a parent to an illness. Perhaps this is part of the reason I can relate to her and her sisters. I just wanted to mention my mum today because she was one of my best friends and was always there for me. She was everything a mother should be: a wonderful listener who made me laugh and was always there to support me. Yesterday was three years since she passed away and I will never stop missing her. There has been times that my grief has overwhelmed me, simply because I wish I could have more time. More time to show her the love and affection she deserved. More time just to be with her. I will never forget my mum's gorgeous laugh and the beauty she had inside and out.
