Thermal Weather

  It has been raining around here constantly and the sky is an almost colorless grey. I don't enjoy when the weather is below zero, but when it is slightly warm enough to not wear a jacket, it is wonderful. It is not yet bitter cold and the air smells so fresh. How is your Sunday so far?

  The other day I had another fun photo-shoot with Rebecca and Casandra. We all decided to wear body con dresses to show of our curves! It was hard to discard photos because we did have an amazing time, so I decided yet again to do two posts with this look.  What is your favorite style of dress to wear?

Movie with Friends

  A couple friends and I went out to see Ted, the new movie with Mila Kunis, Seth MacFarlane, and Mark Wahlberg in it and then after we went to Azteca to get tacos and drinks. The movie was great and I found it extremely funny. It is about a boy, John, that makes a wish for his teddy bear to be alive and they continue to be friends until their friendship is tested when John gets engaged. Have you guys seen it?

Fourth of July!

  Fourth of July is my boyfriend's favorite holiday, so we always like to get lots of fireworks and hang out with friends. We took so many pics this holiday, so I decided to do a couple posts so you can see all the great pics we took! These first ones were taken during a walk we took down to the river (at first I was wearing blue heels, but changed into flats for the walk.) I did both Casandra's and my makeup!

I Am Made of Titanium

  When I broke my wrist it was one of the scariest things that has happened to me because it happened so quickly and the pain was so intense. It felt like someone had dropped a brick or a bowling ball on my wrist. I couldn't feel my fingers, but my wrist was unbearably painful and about three times larger than normal. I rushed to the ER where they actually had to put my bones back in place by "rebreaking" them. They had me be awake when they popped my wrist back in place, but I blacked out.  Later I visited the bone doctor and they said my wrist was actually broken in three places, that my thumb was out of place, and that my forearm wasn't straight. I had to have a surgery to help me heal faster and they placed 9 titanium screws into my wrist. The white tights I am wearing in these pics help prevent blood clots in my legs. It was a crazy ordeal, but I thought I would share my story with you.
